Cathy’s main areas of practice are insurance defence and general litigation. She also has prior experience in the areas of family law and child protection. In her work, Cathy takes a practical approach to law and uses rigorous factual analysis to optimize the range of options available to the client.
Cathy was called to the bar in 2013. Prior to joining Mackoff Mohamed, Cathy articled and worked as an associate at a boutique litigation firm. Cathy obtained her Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto and her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria.
Outside of her law practice, Cathy enjoys hiking, exploring new restaurants and listening to hits from the ‘90s.
