Jacob Lord
Associate
Jacob has a broad civil litigation practice, with a focus on insurance defence and commercial litigation. He has assisted senior counsel in defending complex personal injury claims and resolving commercial disputes. Jacob has represented clients before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Jacob joined Mackoff Mohamed as an associate after being called to the bar in 2014. Jacob graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Prior to attending law school, Jacob obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
Outside of practicing law, Jacob enjoys cycling, weight-lifting, and hockey.
