Michael’s practice is focused primarily on commercial disputes including cases involving contracts, companies, shareholders, creditors, estates and employment. He has assisted with numerous shareholder disputes involving professional practices and large development companies. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia.
Michael was called to the bar in 2010 and has been practicing civil litigation since that time. After obtaining a degree in business administration from Simon Fraser University, with concentrations in accounting and finance, Michael attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained his law degree.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid competitive foosball player who enjoys participating in local tournaments.
